The 6000W continuous-wave laser cleaning system is a modern, high-tech, high-speed machine for surface cleaning. The laser cleaning equipment is ideal for all types of surfaces. It easily removes rust from metal products, layers of paint, varnish, and other coatings or deposits. The surface is degreased, and the effects of oxidation and carbon deposits are removed. The speed of a continuous wave cleaning machine is several
times faster than that of a pulsed laser.
This machine can clean a square meter of surface in a minute. A wide range of settings allows laser cleaning in various fields. Cleaning can be carried out at any angle in the most inaccessible places, enabling you to extend the life of structures of different types of metals. Laser cleaning doesn’t use any consumables, such as sand, other abrasives, or chemicals, and no special workshop or metal cabinet is required. After cleaning, only the destroyed particles (dust) of the cleaned "foreign" layer remain. The worker does not need to wear a special protective suit while working with the equipment, and no mechanical post-treatments are required after cleaning.
The machine comes with a transformer (step-down from 480V or step-up from 220V to 380V, 3-phase) and an air compressor equipped with an air filter, which keeps the air free of moisture and contaminants, thereby extending the life of the lenses.
