Limited Warranty
LASERS ONLY warrants its products and parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Warranty Period
- Fiber laser systems: Two (2) years from the original date of receipt (including the laser source)
- CO₂ and other laser types: One (1) year from the original date of receipt
- Lenses: Thirty (30) days from the original date of receipt
During the applicable warranty period, LASERS ONLY will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no charge, provided the defect is verified, and all warranty conditions are met. Proof of purchase is required.
On-site repairs may be available at a reasonable cost, taking into account travel expenses and technician labor time.

Warranty Conditions
This Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- This warranty applies only to products distributed and/or sold by LASERS ONLY and extends solely to the original purchaser.
- The warranty covers:
- The laser source for two (2) years on the fiber laser machines
- One (1) year for CO₂ and other laser source types, as well as other machine components
- Any aftermarket additions, modifications, or alterations are not covered. The system owner is responsible for all services or repairs outside the scope of this warranty.
- This warranty covers normal use only. LASERS ONLY shall not be liable for any damage or defect resulting from:
- Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, or improper return shipping
- Fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God
- Electrical issues, including inadequate or interrupted electrical service, improper voltage, blown fuses, or similar conditions
- Service, repair, or alteration performed by anyone other than an authorized LASERS ONLY representative
- Use of components or accessories not approved by LASERS ONLY
- Tampering with, altering, defacing, or removing the product serial number (which will void this warranty)
Irresponsible Use (Examples)
Damages resulting from irresponsible use may include, but are not limited to:

Failure to turn on or maintain clean water in the chiller or water pump

Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses

Failure to clean or lubricate guide rails with proper lubricant oil

Failure to remove or clean debris from the collection tray

Failure to store the laser system in a properly conditioned environment

Software, Data, and Downtime Disclaimer
- LASERS ONLY assumes no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or parts returned for repair.
- This warranty does not cover third-party software or virus-related issues purchased from any party other than LASERS ONLY.
- LASERS ONLY is not responsible for any loss of data, time, or work (“downtime”), even in the event of hardware failure. Clients are solely responsible for backing up their data.
Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable. If the machine is resold, the warranty is void.
Shipping Terms
- LASERS ONLY will cover domestic ground shipping costs for warranty replacement parts.
- Clients may upgrade to expedited shipping by paying the difference in cost prior to shipment.
- For equipment repairs, the client is responsible for shipping costs to the LASERS ONLY service facility in New Jersey.
- International shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees are the client’s responsibility.
Extended Warranty
LASERS ONLY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny the purchase of any extended warranty.
Post-Warranty Support and Repairs
LASERS ONLY provides free lifetime technical support via phone and email to the original purchaser. After the warranty period has expired, replacement parts and shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. LASERS ONLY will provide a quotation for any required parts and repairs.
