Shipping policy

  • We stock the most popular machines in our warehouse in Jersey City, NJ
    We test the laser before sending it out to the customer. We ship equipment on the same or the next day after receiving the order. Packages under 150 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground service. Cost-to-cost shipping usually takes 4-5 days.
  • How is a machine packaged?
    All machines are securely packaged in reinforced wooden crates with protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
  • Do I need to acknowledge the receipt of the delivery?
    A signature is required upon delivery of the order. Failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment may result in the item being returned, with applicable restocking and reshipping fees charged to the customer.
  • How long is the shipping by sea freight?
    For larger equipment, shipping is arranged via sea freight, with typical delivery times of 9–12 weeks. We coordinate the entire process and arrange delivery directly to your location.
  • Do I have to import the laser myself and pay Tariffs or Customs fees?
    In case the order is shipped from the factory in China, you do not need to handle import procedures—everything is managed on your behalf. All machines are delivered under Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning tariffs and customs fees are included.
