Long Lifetime. The 45W RF CO2 laser source has a lifespan of over 45,000 hours, which allows for approximately 6 years of continuous use without the need for replacement. In contrast, the glass tube CO2 laser typically lasts around 2500 hours and requires replacement every six months.
Non-Breakable Case Design. 45W RF CO2 lasers are manufactured using imported glass tubes enclosed in a special sturdy metal case.
Cooling Method. The 45W RF CO2 lasers employ air cooling that guarantees stable and trouble-free operation for an extended period. In contrast, the CO2 glass tube lasers use water cooling that requires an extra device to keep the water cool, leading to less stable laser marking.
Beam Quality. The 45W RF CO2 laser generates a spot size of 0.07mm, over three times smaller than the glass tube CO2 laser that produces a 0.25mm spot. This results in high precision, minimal thermal diffusion, and the capability to engrave or cut delicate works with exceptional accuracy.
Stability. The RF tube, powered by a 40V low-voltage power supply, is a completely sealed metal tube, eliminating the risks and drawbacks associated with using unstable domestic glass tubes and high-voltage power of 10,000V.
High-Speed. Quick operation thanks to galvo scanner technology.
