Product Description

Long Lifetime. 30W RF CO2 laser source has a lifespan of more than 45,000 hours. It can generally be used for ~6 years, and it can be used repeatedly without replacement; while the glass tube CO2 laser’s lifespan is about 2500 hours, usually replaced every six months.
Non-Breakable Case Design. 30W RF CO2 lasers are manufactured using imported glass tubes enclosed in a special sturdy metal case.
Cooling Method. 30W RF C02 lasers utilize air cooling, which can ensure long-term trouble-free and stable operation; CO2 glass tube lasers utilize water cooling, which requires an additional device to keep the water cold, and also makes the laser marking process less stable.
Beam Quality. 30W RF CO2 laser produces a fine spot of 0.07mm, which is more than 3 times smaller than glass tube CO2 laser with a spot of 0.25mm. This ensures high precision, a small thermal diffusion area, and the ability to engrave/cut very fine works with high accuracy.
Stability. The RF tube is a fully sealed metal tube with a 30V low-voltage power supply. Consequently, there are no disadvantages and dangers associated with using 10,000V high-voltage power and unstable domestic glass tubes.
High-Speed. Quick operation thanks to galvo scanner technology.
